Welcome to CLICK-365! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you may not access the website or use our services.


1. Definitions


  1. Company: CLICK-365, referred to as "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Products: Review Management Software, Booking Management Software, and Digital Visiting Cards are currently offered by CLICK-365. The products are provided by third-party vendors but sold under the CLICK-365 brand. 
  3. Service: Provision of the Products and any related support or assistance provided by CLICK-365.

 
2. Use of Products


  1. Users may access and use the Products for their intended purposes as described on the CLICK-365 website or as otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Users may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Products without prior written consent from CLICK-365.


3. Customer Service

CLICK-365 is responsible for all aspects of customer service, billing, and support related to the White Label Products exclusively of CLICK-365 and not for integrated products such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or any other integrated products. For issues related to these products, please contact the respective companies.


4. Payment

  1. Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their use of the Products as described on the CLICK-365 website or as otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Payment terms, including billing cycles, methods of payment, and any applicable taxes, will be specified on the CLICK-365 website or in a separate agreement between the parties. 


5. Termination Clause

  1. Breach of Terms and Conditions: CLICK-365 reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client fails to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, any pending amounts due from the client must be paid immediately.
  2. Non-Refundable Payments: In the event of termination due to the client's breach of Terms and Conditions, any additional payments made by the client are non-refundable.
  3. Client-Initiated Termination: The client has the right to terminate the agreement if they encounter any issues. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining contract period. The client can continue using the product until the end of the contract period and may cancel the subscription after the contract period ends.
  4. Subscription Cancellation: To cancel the subscription, the client must unsubscribe at least three (3) days before the new subscription date on our Payment Gateway Partner page. Once the payment is processed for a new period, no refunds will be issued for that period, and the client must use the product for that specific period.
  5. Access Revocation: Upon termination, users will no longer have access to the Products.


6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Hyderabad Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Hyderabad.
 
 
7. Additional Agreements

  • Influencer Agreement: Influencers collaborating with CLICK-365 must adhere to the terms outlined in the Influencer Agreement, which governs the relationship between CLICK-365 and the influencer, including content creation, promotion, and compensation. 
  •  Corporate Agreement: Corporate clients engaging with CLICK - 365 must abide by the terms set forth in the Corporate Agreement, which outlines the terms of service, billing, and any additional provisions specific to corporate clients.
  • Affiliate Terms and Conditions: Individuals or entities participating in the CLICK - 365 affiliate program must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the Affiliate Terms and Conditions. 

By using the Products, you signify your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our Products.
